Welcome to TTTEDDEL | PBFL. By using our platform to bid on vehicle auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any auction.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to participate in auctions on this platform.
All registered users can place bids on vehicles listed. Once a bid is placed, it is considered legally binding and cannot be withdrawn. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the auction progress and ensuring timely payment if they win.
A refundable deposit may be required before participating in certain auctions. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon request if you do not win the auction, or it can be rolled over to another auction as per your instruction.
Transaction costs (e.g., mobile money or bank fees) are borne by the bidder and deducted from the refund.
Winners are required to complete the full payment within the timeframe specified after the auction closes. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the win and a deduction from the deposit (up to 20%) to cover administrative costs.
Refunds for non-winning participants are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds for deposits where a bidder defaults may be partially withheld depending on the platform's loss.
We maintain a transparent and secure bidding environment. Any form of manipulation, fraudulent bidding, or system abuse may result in account suspension and loss of deposit.
While we strive for accuracy in listings and auction operations, TTTEDDEL | PBFL is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform. Vehicles are sold "as-is" unless stated otherwise.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
